Agoda Not Working
Same as the other reviewer. Ive been unable to use the app to pay for an Agoda booking despite having more than sufficient credit limit.
What happened?
I was one of the few users of the original Akulaku app way back in 2018. During the pandemic they suspended their operation in the country and now they are back. I tried to sign in to my old account but I’m unable to sign in and there’s no option to recover an account. I tried to register a new account and applied for a credit line but I kept getting declined which is very weird since I have an existing LazPayLater by Akulaku in Lazada.
Thru Agoda not working
Poor customer service, dont use this app when booking thru agoda.
Payment Failed
Since last month, i wasnt able to use this app, my payment due is updated but i keep on getting 'payment failed' when Im trying to book via agoda.
PAYMENT FAILED
What's happening Akulaku? In all my attempts to book a hotel via Agoda , Payment always failed. I have sufficient credit balance. Any resolution to this issue?
System error
I tried thousand times using my akulaku credit limit to a book a hotel in Agoda app, but keeps getting payment failed!!! I emailed the customer service but they kept on telling me that their system is detecting i have unpaid something even though this is my first time using their service. How would they say that if they approved me with a credit limit that i cannot use???????

This app is full of errors. The developer of this app should be ashamed. Or maybe they are out of business.
