Very unprofessional and disloyal Customer Service

I have been a regular customer and used the app for transferring the money however this time due to an error the transaction rejected twice but before the rejection they send an email confirming that the transaction is received by beneficiary The customer service contacts me after 24 hours of the transaction in the night about the rejection - and when I tried to complain and inquire about my refund they keep asking for reference numbers and I have to repeat the whole story The customer service is so unprofessional and needs to improve in assisting and handling the customers with their issues. All they do is just ignore your concern and listen to you in a silly way !!!
