If you are a registered user of Member Service Area of Al Meezan’s web portal, or you were previously using the “Al Meezan Connect” application, you can login to your investment account using the same credentials. Can’t register my Face ID

Why it won’t let me register my Face ID ? I am on the latest firmware 15.2 and my device is iPhone 13 pro max. Fix this asap please !!!!
