It’s pathetic - I put in every account number you give Ian’s it doesn’t work - none are 8 digit - you need to explain clearer - and phone line never answered

Can't wait for the day when they have a real competitor in the market so they realise how poor they were at their app and customer service. At one point I was locked out of the app for 3 months and despite speaking to numerous people on the phone, the answer was that they can't help as it's an IT issue. Randomly one day it'll just log you out and refuse to accept any credentials. Half the time the error pages are blank.

The app used to work fine. But after I updated it about a month ago it stopped working. Now just a blank white screen. Almost a month later and still no update to fix it. No wonder people stick with conventional banks.

The app never works. Don’t rely on transferring money at a moments notice, needs 3-5 business days. That’s if you can eventually log in

Why this app is not working on my iPhone I’m very worried now I have called the customer service team and the gentleman said that they have updated this app recently so I should delete the old app and restore the new app 9.2.0 which I did with him over the phone but still it didn’t work so then I said okay let my son come home then I will try again later but still it doesn’t work please can someone tell me why is this app not working? Please try to fix it otherwise I won’t be able to see my account

We are attracted by the ethical shariah compliance but the service and systems are stuck in the Stone Age. This is a third world bank trying to serve first world customers and it is out of its depth!

App lasts 24hrs then screen goes blank and I have to install it again. Worst app ever

It pains me to give this review to an Islamic institution, but unfortunately they deserve it. This bank has a lot of problems, after nearly a year banking with them, none has been fixed. It lacks liquidity, your cash is impossible to access or transfer outside 9-5 on working days. Get statements on the app doesnt work. Selecting them to be posted doesnt work either. App is clunky and outdated. Like right out of 2001. And now the icing on the cake: All accounts from february must have a minimum balance of £5000. Otherwise profit is a MISERABLE 0.05% What about poor Muslims? Dont they have a right to banking and earning profit on their money? The UK is plagued by Islamic banks aimed exclusively at the rich. Poor muslims have now no alternative. Is this Sharia? You claim to follow Sharia law. What does Sharia law says about the poor and how to treat them? Thats for you to find out. I cant even close the account from the app. And im not going to call 9-5 to close an account. Ill leave it there to rot with some pennies in so you can’t legally close it and you will be forced to make it dormant. Goodbye

I have an account with the bank which I look up probably once a year I tried to login and it wouldn’t do it. I tried to reset all my credentials and it seemed to be going okay until it just said there was an unexpected problem. After an hour I got through to the bank and I was told to download the app again and do it all again which I did and it was no different. I still received a message unexpected error. Please phone the bank telephone number. This ha now gone on for three days. And really all I want to do is tell them what to do with my savings but it’s proving to be very very difficult. I’m sorry to give you such a love score but that’s how I feel at the moment. I do use an iPhone and maybe that’s something to do with it otherwise I cannot identify any problems other than it doesn’t work.
