Quite user friendly

I mistakenly pressed a button instead of the other ( for card replacement) and immediately the request got submitted without proper consent. I called customer service, but was told that this is made on purpose and the request cannot be reverted. If this small request cannot be reverted then i cannot foresee what other traps i may fall into. Thats a reason I wouldn’t recommend this bank.

The app is excellent , very practical and fast. I would suggest improving the built-in technical support and inquiries , rely less on bots.

The Al Salam Bank app, unfortunately, is poor due to its flawed system, which often contains errors in accounts. We have also lost benefits from services we used to enjoy with Kuwait Finance House Bahrain after the acquisition!
