The app crashes.

This app is very bad. I just downloaded it and I can't even get beyond the login page. It just freezes on me. I tried restarting the app, restarting the iPad, and nothing works. It is frustrating. I can't sent inquiries to the support either. Nothing seems to work. I even wonder if this review will get sent out. This is very upsetting.
