Game won’t load when I’m gonna race

I GET A PENALTY JUST BECAUSE OF OTHER PEOPLE HITTING ME. AND WHEN THE AI HIT ME THEY DON’T GET A PENALTY BECAUSE I GET THE PENALTY. Delete the penalties because it stupid

Whilst the game is good and all, It’s all ruined by the sinple fact; Steering is such a pain. Whenever I steer it understeers so much that I have to slam on the brakes and when I slowed down it suddenly turns in at a fast rate. I couldn’t enjoy anything great about this game when the most important thing of a racing game, the driving is so unenjoyable and unrealistic.
