Don’t use this app to order your food
I used this app twice to order from Alachi (excellent food by the way), the first time it took an hour and half, the second time…..well it’s been 2 hours and 10 minutes and I’m still waiting. I called the restaurant and after 15 minutes trying to get through they eventually told me my food is with the driver. That was 10 minutes ago and still no food. At least with Just Eat you can ask for a partial refund or a full refund if it doesn’t turn up. I’m not holding my breath for either my food or a refund with this one.
