No, the seller can't change any review but can replay any negative ones .

Block the reviewer account and put his numbers to blacklist.

Click on his name and you'll find reviews link.
-Will my personal info be shown in the review?
Just the name of reviewer.
-How to object on negative review?
First you need to replay to review then press object button blow your replay.
