Refund policy is not transparent
I agree that the most of the products are good however on account of product needs to be returned or exchanged it is hard to understand the refund process. So for that service I give 0 start.

Did not like the return or exchange policy when you got the website it will redirect to the app again Then it keeps repeated
About refund
I request you to refund my money .. I will shop from your app again but for now please return my refund in my account ..almost it’s been 2 nd half month since I got worried about my order but neither you sent me the parcel nor you refunding my money .. so please it’s enough now refund my money in my account .. I have been asking for my refund since 2 and half month , now please return my money
No refund only replacement
Once the product is purchased you can return the item but can’t get the refund to the main source. They will keep that money in the al mode wallet as gift card and you have to buy something from that. That means no refund only replacement

I am facing alot of issue. I ordered a product in size m it dint fit i returned for an exchange got a gift card i applied and ordered in size l but when the delivery came it showed full amount from then i am trying to contact the customer service there is. O response i am feeling very anxious about my money the app has no proper response
Worst clothes, it’s a scam
Don’t spend your hard earned money by seeing positive reviews from these so called influencers and paid reviews, I tried my best to post the negative reviews on their insta page and app but they are deleting it and this is my last option to post it here. Trust me , you will regret it !

They are not login my Id now i returned a product of 3424 and they didn’t pay me in my bank account they pay me as a gift card and now they are not login my id also they didn’t response me now
Such a fraud brand, no delivery & no customer support on prepaid order
Ordered 2 co ord sets from their brand, it was prepaid order. I didn’t receive the product. Now when I am following up on mail & WhatsApp customer care number provided by them there is no response, neither do they respond on Instagram. Never ever download or order anything from their brand. Such disappointment!!
