How Alarm Clock HD helps you sleep better:

WAKE UP ON TIME: Proper Alarm Settings
• Keep the app open and running always to have your alarm go off and play the sounds you’ve set for ‘Music'.
When your app is open, you can use the volume slider within the app. When the app is in the background, use the device volume to set your volume.
• Make sure your battery is charged and have your notifications turned on before you go to sleep, when the battery level goes below 30% it might not sound. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off.
• Keep your Apple Music available on your device
The music you can select consists of everything you have available on your ‘Apple Music' app on your device. If the music is saved on your iCloud, and not on the device itself, it won’t be available.
NEVER MISS AN ALARM
When you close the app and do not have it running in the background, the alarm will use the device volume instead and play the notification sound system.
The app will close itself automatically after 10 hours of inactivity. This is due to prevent the device from dying and the alarm not going off.
When your device is muted, set to ‘Do Not Disturb’, or your device volume is set to 0, the alarm won’t play properly. It will still show the notification without any sound. This is due to Apple’s restrictions as we are unable to access the app settings when the app is closed, only when it’s open or running in the background.

Only goes off half the time because when you put the alarm on advertising comes and takes over and kicks off the alarm
No sound
More than once the alarm has gone off with no sound. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but it still does not work. Not a reliable alarm clock. Very disappointing.

Can’t do the one thing it’s supposed to do
I have been using this for quite awhile and was fine with it but over the last 8-10 weeks there have been about 6-7 occasions where the alarm is set, the app is open, the phone is charged and it is not going off. This app has one mission and it cannot even do that right. How disappointing.
Don’t waste your time
I don’t understand the point in paying for a subscription when the app is extremely faulty. Continuous glitches, overheating my phone, alarms DONT go off. Don’t waste your time.
Alarm doesn’t sound when on silent mode.
Functionally this alarm has everything I need. But at least once a month or so the alarm doesn’t give off sound when it’s going off. I keep my phone on silent mode and have forever. Having the alarm not make an audible sound when the phone’s in silent mode is incredibly frustrating! This has happened randomly at least 10 times in the past year of using the alarm daily.
Too many ads. Ads alarm episode IV
I will be sleepy and try to set my alarm. But instead it will play a 4 minute ad. Time that is over I am wide awake.
