Overall,I’m extremely dissatisfied with the experience with this home security company. I feel like I was scammed because the cameras and locks constantly disconnect from wifi and the app often crashes. I’ve also mention that the system won't arm if you are leaving wifi,so basically make sure you set it up the road from your house to make sure it’s armed which causes frustration. Despite having tech guys come out to fix the problems, the issues are ongoing and I wouldn't recommend the company to others. Now I'm left paying for something I’m not getting and constantly have to call and have them fix issues or better yet fix them myself.

Great system! Easy to use and the video and audio have picked up some very memorable wild life encounters.

The app on my phone constantly crashes and resets. I also don’t like how I can’t see history of my door sensors opening and closing, I don’t get why this isn’t a feature but I can see when my alarm set and unset history? Tech support wasn’t able to provide me with the answer, rather they sent me a manual to read which didn’t have any of the answers I had asked. Hoping these updates come soon as I’ve had them with a previous carrier.

Every time I get an alert and tap to open the app to view the door camera, the app completely closes. It’s very frustrating especially when it’s to speak to someone at the door from another location. Other times, I get motion notifications then go to review the footage, but there isn’t any.

This App is not user friendly and when you get notification, you cannot readily open the camera.

Alarmtech smart security staff and technicians worked efficiently, were knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of our research and installation.

Constant errors and will not connect to my system. Running iPhone 11pro.

Been nearly a year still dissapointed. The app connects maybe 60% of the time when I’m not home, there’s been numerous times where I can’t load the app to arm or disarm my place. This is just one of the few issues I’ve had.

I have two cameras set up at my front door this one and one I got off of Amazon, my one from Amazon notifies me when there is actual movement this one notifies me if a fly is flying by or a leaf or absolutely but invisible wind about 300 times a day no matter what my sensitivity is changed to, I had a tech over the phone help me change my sensitivity settings and nothing has worked,
