This app is similar to the iwill app and the WPR app. I appreciate the fact that the controls allowing one to rewind from time to time are the same. I have been requesting a rewind feature in the LAist app, formerly the KPCC app for years, to no avail. They should copy your app.
I use the Alaska Public Media app everyday to stream Alaska Public Media radio (KSKA). Plus, it is nice to have news articles right at my finger tips when I am on the go!
This is my go to app
I trust NPR and Alaska Public Radio to get me the information I need to face the day.
User Friendly and a quick way to get the local and state news.
I use my ear buds to listen via the home WiFi here in Anchorage and I would give 5 stars except for the apparent lack of full functionality with my ear buds. I should be able to pause and go back but it seems to drop completely. Broadcast often buffering or dropping completely as well. Have to keep resetting on my iPhone. Have good internet and range. Annoying.
Love the app for streaming KSKA no matter where I am!
Good statewide coverage on a variety of cell tower strength.
Good to use for finding the desired radio piece and quick live stream access.
