So, I’m upset because I was placing my first pick up order. The app said I can use a promo code and I would receive $30 off my order. So I thought, if hats a good deal. But the system is broken or something because the promo code did not work. I sent a chat and the agent said I would be refunded and that still hasn’t happened. I called in today to their customer service number and I got a very rude lady from over seas telling me I got a credit to my Albertsons account. So I’m upset at the app overall! Not a good idea to sign up with them.

Cannot get into site. Dissapointing!!!!

I can’t purchase on the app I’ve tried several times and it says payment unsuccessful I have the funds to make purchase it just won’t let use the app. I’ve tried to make changes on my profile and keeps telling me technical difficulties.

App froze on me at the worst time right before I needed to load coupons at the store

Every single time I try to use it, it fails, and it does so slowly. I detest this app.

Albertsons is the only grocery store I shop at and with fresh pass it’s fantastic!!

Great app, You can link your health info and get suggested foods, Help with your diet, Diet recommendations, You can also do things like fill your prescription and schedule vaccine appointments, Just a really thought out app, As a consumer I really appreciate that.

This is got to be the worst app ever. Who wants to walk around the store scanning every barcode on every item that you wanna buy. And if you don’t wanna do that, you can actually clip a whole bunch of coupons which is only about 100 clicks every time you go to the store it’s a super waste of time. Super annoying. Just let me buy the item for the price that it should be

I absolutely love the deals y’all offer.. Definitely will be shopping more often for my family of five.
