Everytime I clock out for break the green “clock in” button disappears and I have to fully clock out then fully clock back in. This bug has happened to my entire team in the last few weeks and needs to be fixed before we ditch this platform. Thanks

I’ve been using Albi for almost 1 year, and it’s the most frustrating experience. i’m not going to get into too many details. I’ll do that for my droid review, but the attitude of the developers is that if you bring up too many faults to them on this app, they will actually blame it on you and turn it against you saying that you complain to much, thisActually happen with some members of my team.A slow buggy platform, which doesn’t respond to touch in the field. Constant crashes and information disappearing to later reappear. touching a button is a chore and you have to press it three or four times sometimes.An archaic scheduling system with a calendar view that unusable, try doing that on the app itself versus the web platform, and it’s even worse.No in app, customisation on the iPhone, so it’s impossible to change the size of the characters within the app. So much and so much more

Great software for to use for your restoration business. Very user friendly platform. Easy to use on desktop or mobile devices. Easy to implement and track your projects, equipment, techs, and also easy to communicate with your customers. Their tech support is great as well no matter what question you have. Quick to answer on the chat or jump on a zoom or phone call. It also integrates with our payment software with makes easy to get paid on the go.

Enjoying the ease of use. I find the task manager a plus, keeps me on track with the projects assigned to me.
