تطبيق لا يعمل بكفاءة
مشترك وعند دخولي عن طريق التطبيق لا يظهر بيانات التداول للأسهم حاولت الخروج والدخول عدة مرات ولكن ما زالت المشكلة موجودة
سيء جداً حسبي الله
ما ادري وين ملياراتكم .. تطبيق سيء للغاية يطالب بكلمة مرور جديدة وبعد الجديد يطلب كمان جديد!!
تحديث سيء لحجم بنك مثل البلاد
خصوصاً بعد الاصدار الأخير

للأسف عملية التوثيق بعد تسجيل دخول يتأخر كثير وخاصة بعد التحديث لو كان التطبيق السابق اهون وأفضل من هالتحديث
Can be the worst app of all time
The log in page face ID doesn’t work and keeps hanging once face is scanned Even if you try and to log in using my credentials it hangs This app couldn’t get worst
Not iPad app version
Unfortunately it is the mobile app version. We expected to see iPad version exploiting the screen size fore more feature. It’s really disappointing 😔
كل مرة يطلب إعادة كلمة السر
تطبيق سيء سيء سيء لابعد الحدود دائما يطلب تعيير كلمة السر و نغيرها و يطلب مرة ثانية وعاشرة و 100 مرة
تطبيق سيء جدا جدا جدا حرام فيه نجمه
طبيق صار سيء ومتأخر جداً في التحديث والاسهم اللي اشتريها ماتطلع في المحفظه الا بعد يومين
Very bad bank apps
Really I got annoyed many time trying to login keep ask me to allow GPS and I enabled many times and keep asking same . Also this very old style apps , yes all services available but they not considering User experience in many touch’s For example if you need to pay multiple bills you have to do it one by one Wow really . I have more than 12 bills shell wait for 12 OTPs Your customer experience & UX team need to be lead by new talented one
