La aplicación no funciona y cuando lo hace, lo hace mal, te multiplica los productos por dos en otras ocasiones no los registra con el SCANYOU. Meses haciendo reclamaciones incluso hoja de reclamaciones, nada sirve. Una pena porque la idea es buena, pero está gestionada por incompetentes, que tomen ejemplo de CarrefourPass que tienen una aplicación que funciona a la perfección y con un servicio de atención al cliente ejemplar.

Desde hace tiempo está sin actualizar; por lo tanto, no sirve para nada.

Mala experiencia
Para empezar que tengo que loguearme cada vez que entro a la app, porque no tiene la opcion de "mantener conectado" Y cuando haces un pedido, te envian lo que ellos quieren y no lo que pides. Hoy he devuelto la mitad del pedido porque me enviaron cosas que no pedi y ahora me encuentro con que tengo que salir a comprar porque lo necesitaba para hoy. Cualquier otro supermercado, te llama para preguntarte si quieres tal o cual cosa porque ellos no tienen stock aunque en la web lo sigan ofreciendo. Se llama engañar al cliente. No vuelvo a comprar en al campo nunca mas

Una gran idea pero una pésima realización. NO FUNCIONA
Te hace perder el tiempo
Cada vez que entro en la app tengo que empezar de cero (email y contraseña) y cuando quiero comprar online desde la app me pide otra vez el email y la contraseña. Es imposible
