Alchemy 365 Anywhere

Super convenient, and great workouts. They have options for with or without weights, so you can really work with what you have (or don’t have) at home and on the go. Hoping for more Flow classes soon! The flow classes are a great option when you have a little less time or a little less energy. They are my favorite way to end a Sunday!

I used to go into the Alchemy gym location when I lived in St Paul, and after trying a few different gyms in Seattle, I’m back to using Alchemy At Home. Their workouts are seriously the best, are so unique, and high level. I get a great workout in, even from home 😊 I miss going into their location, but this is a great replacement.

Love having access to lessons when I need them. Thanks for everything Alchemy!

I use alchemy anywhere and love it! I often use the warm ups daily to do strength training and then for hiit days so the full workout! Love the music and the coaches (Devon and Hali are my fav)💛I live in Minneapolis and used to go into the studio but now I bought a pull up bar, torp, medicine ball (only missing some plyo boxes) and can workout with the app when works best for my schedule! My only hope is that they include somewhere the daily in studio workout so I can include my other epiuptment seemlessly at home!

Feel so fortunate to be able to get the same alchemy experience at home when I’m unable to make it for in-person classes. You all really are the best!

It’s just like taking a normal class, especially if you can cast to a tv or Bluetooth speaker in your hotel gym.

Since Alchemy Anywhere launched during the pandemic I’ve been working out at home with a few different torpedos. The variety of classes is great and the connectivity I feel with the coaches makes me feel like I’m in the gym. I’m now going into the gym more but I still use Alchemy Anywhere at home when it’s more convenient.

Being able to work out from anywhere has been fantastic for me. I joined up at the beginning of Covid and have loved it ever since. The production quality of videos have gotten very good and the instructors are excellent. I did enjoy the live workouts but with one new workout a week it is a little less motivating for me but there are plenty of workouts to choose from. Keep up the good work.

Alchemy Anywhere is a great community providing the best workouts I’ve found. The combination of yoga, strength and cardio keep it interesting and provide a full body challenge for all ages (I’m 57). The coaches are great! They provide modifications, are easy to follow and motivate you all the way through. I only wish they had a studio in Chicago so I could take an in-person class and join their fun events! 🙂

Alchemy Anywhere is fantastic! I miss the studio, but the community is alive and well online. Thank you for keeping me fit in this terrible time!
