There are several quit drinking alcohol strategies. Some work for some people, while some don't. This app employs a "checking on you" strategy where our app checks on you randomly (random hour and random minute during the time frame you choose) to make sure you do not relapse.
Pop-up alerts are local, so once you schedule them - they will be stored on your phone. You can cancel alerts anytime by pressing the Reset button.
