Alert for Embrace watch

When an Alarm is triggered and I Open the app within the 15 sec Intervall it happens regularly that the App Shows „Everything is Fine“ and Not the alarm screen which allows to stop the Alarm. It switches Directly to „Alert sent“ This is very emotionally challenging for my caregivers

The Embrace Works Fine, but when it gives a false alarm while the mobile phone is currently unlocked and I use another app, the alarm is not brought to the front. Thus I often miss false alarms when I am doing other things on my phone. My caregivers are now used to false alarms so much that they might not react to a real one.

Well, it's a nice watch, shows time and is connected. Without the unavailable mate app there are no data available! What does the sensors measure? How do I know about stress and all I do? Want trace EDA and other values! Ordered the watch in February 2016 and mate app and other features still unknown when available.. advertising and marketing a year to early .. if it works next year .. grrr

Very Helpfull!

I’ve been using embrace for almost a year now, I switched to the standard plan and now I’m not able to connect to the app. It constantly signs me out and when I try to sign back in it give me trouble there also. It doesn’t show up when I try to connect to the bluetooth and I’ve reached out to customer service by email more times than I can count and still getting NOTHING. The service needs to be improved, you’re not dealing with a toy error. Epilepsy is real and what’s the use of paying for a service I can’t use nor get the proper help for. It’s suppose to inform caregivers of a seizure to get you help, how can it be done if it can’t be connected and customer service by phone and email takes days to get back to you.

It works incredibly well in rest mode, sometimes I will be drying my hands too fast and it will go off. Very fun. My biggest complaint is that sometimes I dont get the prompt to cancel the alert, so I get an immediate phone call from my parents because I cannot stop it. It's incredibly inconvient to me and terrifying for my parents. I don't know if it is just me or the app, but I need it to not do that.

Disappointing given the necessity of an app like this for some people. Memory synchronization bugs (300MB+ data not being uploaded on an up to date iphone 15 pro) that requires full app deletion monthly. Support is polite but helpful. Feels like an orphaned product at this point. Also hardware needs a refresh and bluetooth 5.x to increase usable range.

Switched from android and this app is garbage compared to android. Constantly disconnects when battery full and less than 10 feet away

I use it everyday and it’s all good. EXCEPT for when it gives off false alarms from stuff such as clapping, running with a bag on (sometimes for me), shivering, etc. And when the false alarm goes off, I have to text or tell my parents that it’s a false alarm and etc. Please, the only favor from me is to be able to extend the countdown time when the watch detects a seizure, because it’s so annoying for it to be 15 seconds, and then have to call your caregivers just because you couldn’t get to your device quickly.
