Great workout! Takes you to the next level

I’ve tried a few different IG fitness influencer apps and this one is by far the best!! Every work out is sooo good and you never get bored because she releases new workouts every week. I’ve seen so much more definition in my body doing these workouts consistently. I’ve recommended the app to several friends and they all love it as well.

Love the variety. Love the challenges. A few fixes…wish you could see exercise videosl from more than one angle to get proper form OR if that is too much given how many videos she would have to do, a good write-up of where to focus for proper form (where to squeeze, how to position feet/arms, what you should not do like arch back etc), wish it would store history of weight and/or rep progress on exercises….sometimes she wants you to go down in weights (drop set) and the. It records lowest weight.

Alexia’s workouts are second to none - they’re the best! The app makes it so easy to follow along and track your reps/weights. Worth every single penny for the membership!

Overall, I do like this app and I like that it gives you the option for a homework out or a gym work out. What I do not like about this app is when adding your reps and weights it’s very glitchy, and I can’t accurately track my reps and weights for each exercise wish there was somewhere I can let the company know that this bug needs to be fixed, but there’s nowhere for me to reach out to the company directly.

Love this workout program !! So versatile and challenging. Easy to use and instructions are clear and love the alternate exercise given in case I need it. Have been a member for years and it’s kept me strong and fit. Also, the monthly challenges are great too. I love how I can use the app for certain workouts or use my laptop to switch up the programs.

I love that the app shows you how to do each move along with a detailed description. I also really enjoy that she’s added a timer for the moves that are timed. So helpful to not have to go back and forth between the app and a timer app or having to set one on my Apple Watch. It’s also very motivating the “completed workout” button at the bottom. It makes me want to complete each day so I can get my crown! I’ve been happy to share this app with my friends. And lastly, you can’t beat her price either. 10/10

As a person who can’t stand going to the gym and has never done a traditional workout, this program has been perfect for me. I’m also 59 years old and facing the reality that although I’m an avid runner and do several road races a year I’m also losing muscle tone that I quite frankly never really had other than in my legs. So finding a really good home workout program that’s easy to follow and effective has been great for me and I would encourage anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time but really wants to increase their level of fitness and muscle tone to try this program because I’m finding that it definitely works.

Joined the program when she was running a yearly promo and realized her exercises are very difficult to follow. I immediately asked to cancel and for a refund since it was with in minutes of joining. Most programs offer trial time, and I was misled by the wording that this was also the same case however, once they charge you, they You for the whole year. Even if you cancel, they will not refund. This is a long commitment and you will not get your money back even if it. Customer service is terrible. Tone and demeanor is contrary to the branding of her image.
