I don’t know which bugs had been fixed but the app stopped working.

The worst online pharmacy ever

The worst online pharmacy ever! It turns out the delivery time mentioned in the app doesn’t match to the reality, also the service is accompanied with the worst customer service, I’ve asked to clarify the delivery time 3 times, they assured it’ll be on time, delivery was late for more than 3 hours and ended up by ultimatums, after 2 hours of waiting they said we can cancel the order if you don’t like the time of delivery and send back money within 5 working days. Stay away from this online pharmacy and save your time, money and health !

The App doesn’t work!

Your application doesn’t work it’s already a week. What happened ?

Awful service

The quality of the application is medium, which can’t be said about their service as it’s awful. The delivery takes so long, they promised that the delivery guy will contact me but I never got a call. Just go to the nearby pharmacy and buy what you need, you really don’t want to trust Alfa Pharm with that :)
