This new system when drivers are forced to follow the route from the app - nonsense! Fire the one who come up with this idea. This is wrong, things like this should not exists, hope your company goes broke

Great app, fast car pick up arrival
The app has great features, the drivers are always polite and the car gets at your pick up address much faster than other taxi services on Cyprus (usually no longer than 2-5 minutes, even during busy hours (morning and evenings) Cars are nice and clean and mostly new

The most broken app ive ever used(
The developers are not improving the application. Due to GPS blocking on the island, the order cannot be made. Besides this, the application has broken Ui and logic.
Tricky pricing
A lot of cars, but prices are 30-40% higher each time from the application price.

Fix your goddamn app, it doesn’t even show when the order has need picked up and you cancel a ride without knowing the driver is on his way to pick you up.
