Long processing time
Poor customer service. They just send an email when you follow up and don’t bother to call. Prolonging the process and long response time. Im using this app for a long time. If the amount exceeds 5K, the processing time is more than 24hrs.
Transaction failed
Every time for any transaction have problems like error in transaction, they deduct the money from bank account & the transaction not done. Very bad app you have to improve
Transaction issues
I'm not sure what happened with the app since the update of this app I can’t do transactions anymore is it because Alfa Dan company is trying to push their customers to do transactions in the exchange or problems from the system on both sides are losing customers since then I’m doing transactions from deferent exchanges Please fix the problem as soon as possible
Very slow response
If i can give 0 rate i will do, my experience with them when you make transaction and its failed and went out from your account and you go to support team they keep u without update for 3 4 days without response and when you call them they cant help you if you have a urgent transaction i dont recommend you to use this app
UAE Pass Integration
UAE Pass is a norm in UAE for logging into many services. I tried several hours to login with UAE Pass as to update my renewed visa and EID and its not working. An unexpected error message appears. I have big question on the quality of their Application and Testing team for clearing their app to production which has errors.
Money issues
I have issues, I dnt know why I can’t send money to Tanzania
Not updating my EID
Since July I’m trying it’s stuck when i submit
Terrible app, terrible customer service
Same issue as many others. App crashed during transaction, but money deducted from my account. Four days later, calls and emails ignored, no progress, no resolution. Only giving one star because it’s not possible to give zero.
Worst App
This app is build to waste the time of the users, very slow app, navigating from one page to another takes ages. It’s better to remove the app from App Store, this financial institution dont know how to creat a user friendly app, how to trust them with money..
