Application works fine. An Apple Watch application would be great. Easier to use my watch to unlock the door than the phone when I have hands full.

One Touch Unlock does not work at all. So much for a “Smart Lock”. If I have to punch in a combination, why did I buy this expensive lock. I could have bought just a $50 buck push button lock. No HomeKit integration.

I was really excited about the one touch unlock feature especially after a big grocery shopping trip but unfortunately it’s only worked twice since we installed it 2 weeks ago. Please improve this feature.

How in the world are you supposed to use the app to set up your account when you don’t have access to a keyboard to set up your username and passwords and name the devices. This is crazy.

I wish I could leave a review, but the operation failed. “Operation failed” is the most common greeting one receives when completing any task in the Alfred app. The system has great potential, but a system that only works periodically is worth less than one star. Hopefully I will be able to leave a review after restarting the App Store app - sometimes trying that several times with Alfred will work, sometimes it won’t.

This is a fantastic smart lock and has potential to work great, but the app is terrible! If you’re going to put money into a great looking, great working lock, put the money into your app development too please. The One touch feature works about 20% of the time, which is really crummy because that is one of the main reasons we bought this lock. I assume it has to do with the fact that the app constantly logs me out and I can’t figure out why. Also the option to change the auto lock time to be more that 30 seconds would be nice. Please improve this app so I can love the lock as much as I want to!

For a $300 lock you think they would have a useable app. Will not let you type. You have to type out whatever you into the notes app and copy and paste it into the app and half of the time it won't even let you do that. Connecting it to internet is a joke. And after I closed the app it lost all setting and we have to start over. Stay away from this. I'm going to return this item because it is unusable. Scam

Nothing to complain about so far. I enjoy the convenience of this smart lock system.

I have 5, yes 5 of these locks. I have had 2, UPDATE 4, confirm 4!! failures so far that have been replaced, I’ve spent countless hours troubleshooting these things. I’ve had other smart locks from name brands and the hardware quality is a night and day difference, these things are flimsy junk. The app rarely works, if ever, one touch unlock only works after you turn off and then back on, each time. The wifi bridge constantly fails to both actuate the lock and provide proper status, it always says all locks are locked when they aren’t. The entire purpose of getting these was to ensure I locked all my doors, but it’s wrong at least 75% of the time. If you buy these, be prepared to live without smart features and only use the keypad functionality……if that works, one of my keypads failed in 6 weeks, luckily I had a key to get in another door.
