App prosty w obsłudze, profesjonalny, super, inne banki mogą się uczyć.
Za dużo reklam
Każde odpalenie aplikacji to reklamowy spam. Inne aplikacje bankowe potrafią mieć opcje typu „nie pokazuj tego więcej”. Tutaj desperacka proba wciśnięcia klientowi wszystkiego aż się zadławi.
Nękanie klientow
Pisze to tutaj w nadzieji, że ktoś to zauważy. Czy alior bank zleca firmom zewnętrznym typu call center nękanie swoich klientów ? Na dzień dzisiejszy mam zablokowane lekko ponad 40 rożnych numerów z turbo ofertami . Uporczywie wydzwaniają z samego rana i wieczorem. Wczoraj mowie facetowi żeby nie dzwonił bo nie jestem zainteresowany a po za tym jadę i istnieje ryzyko kolizji bo mnie rozprasza i fiut 10 razy próbował bo sie rozłączyłem. Jeśli nadal tak będzie to zrezygnuje i zmienię bank bo z kultura bankowości to ma mało wspólnego.
NO support for 12.5.5 is a desaster!
Totally blocking my finance business when Alior just cut the support for phones with iOS 12.5.5 completely from one day to another with the latest update. You cannot treat your customers like this. Advice programmers immediately to support also iOS 12.5.5 reaching more customers with another update or I must change to some more reliable working bank.

Od ostatnich usprawnień systemów bezpieczeństwa, nie da się płacić kartą online, bo nie przychodzą powiadomienia. Tragedia.
