Great app
I dowloaded a lot of sobriety apps about 2 months ago and this one is the best. It has a cute game for when I have a craving, it gives info about your health improvements without alcohol, life regained, craving tracker, money saved and more.
Good motivation
Lots of features included in this app. Motivates me to stay sober.
Reminds me of what’s important
It really helps remind me why I quit and how hurtful it is not only to myself but to the ones I love.

Ich finde die App super. Es war und ist mir eine sehr große Hilfe alkoholfrei zu leben. Es ist erstaunlich wenn man einmal sieht wieviel Alkohol man über ein Jahr trinkt.Mir hat die App geholfen.
Plötzlich Pro
Die App ist eigentlich ganz nett und eine schöne Erinnerung daran, was man getrunken hat oder eben auch nicht. Die Grafik und die angebotenen Dienste sind eher auf sehr einfachen Niveau und bieten aus sich heraus kaum Motivation etwas an seinem Verhalten zu ändern. Plötzlich und unangekündigt erscheint eine pro Version die nicht besonders teuer ist etwa fünf Euro. Man kann aber erst gar keine Kritik an der App an die Entwickler senden, ohne vorher lange Werbung gucken zu müssen.
Unübersichtlich und unverständlich
Ich versteh das Prinzip der App nicht. Es gibt keine Hilfe oder Erläuterungen. Geht es in der App darum mit völliger Alkoholabstinenz zu starten, oder seinen jetzigen Alkoholkonsum zu senken? Völlig nutzlos!
Sehr zu empfehlen
Am besten finde ich die Anonymität. An den sehr schön aufbereiteten Daten erfreue ich mich. Die App ist sehr zu empfehlen.
