The app doesn’t load even after multiple reinstallations. We missed the first act we wanted to see as had to stand in a massive line of 100s of festival goers who couldn’t load their tickets on this useless app.

First off everything is stretched from the text to the photos. Hurts my eyes. Second, when registering, it doesn’t even tell you what’s wrong with the password you’re choosing (took me 5 minutes to figure out the password was too short). Upsells on every screen is annoying. There’s an app called Radiate I used for a few festivals when I was abroad in the States - you all should use that next year. I love this festival but the hell were you thinking getting this app? Basically app blows - might as well just print out schedules 🙄

All Points East need to find a better way of managing ticketing. This is not good.

Easy to show my tickets and to find out what was on and where. Really handy schedule feature

Unable to use this app at all to reliably download tickets on iPhone SE 2020. Sort it out! Need to use my wife’s Samsung for back-up. So controlling to - why can’t we download off the app to a wallet. Why keep us dependent on this crappy app. Do better!

Non stop notifications but then the app refuses to open!

Doesn’t even open - pointless

Absolute rubbish. Can’t log in at all - just the front screen and no menu. Can’t get my tickets. can’t get into the festival by the looks of this. what’s the point of an app that isn’t easy to use?

Why must I download a whole app for a single event? No thank you!

Tickets disappeared from the app the day before the event. Terrible user experience
