I’ve been looking for an app that would ‘automatically’ send reminders to customers on a yearly bases informing them to have there boiler serviced which then prompts them to make arrangements for me book them in.
All-Reminders has made planning my annual maintenance jobs so much easier and so simple to use.
Literally select the method of making contact with recipient (call - sms - email)
Add the recipient (imports from device)
Then choose message text from predefined templates you can customise.
Select ‘reoccurring’ period (weekly - Monthly - Yearly…)
Then let the app do all the rest!
It really is that simple and you will never miss that income generating appointment again.

It’remind you to send a SMSs Just
This App just remind you to send a SMS or Text.
It dose populate the txt field on your phone with the message, but it dos not automatically send it.
It’s one step better that outing a reminder on your phone to send a SMS or Text.

This is one of the best apps I have used, clear, clean and simple also it does the job, only slight issue is the way at auto sets up the action of either email, message or call I would rather just be reminded via a text myself but five stars for sure.
