For some reason I can’t book, never have been able to and no one from Allstar can help me. I work in tech specifically mobile development and I’d be embarrassed passing this off as a good experience. Sure bugs happen but get them fixed. Not being able to book a court for well over a year in an app where that’s your primary use case is pathetic.

Probably the worst app I have used for exercise or leisure booking. Simply does not work and get multiple errors when trying to book courts. The website isn’t much better either.
The lessons and staff are amazing. The pricing plans are a little hard to read. As of now, can’t book any court as pricing information not available for this category 😕
App will only sometimes show you an available court to book. When trying to book it, there is no pricing information and no options to pay. What is its purpose? No idea how to book online anymore it all says it’s via this app. I see people playing on these courts all the time, how are they booking?!
Won’t let me cancel appointments to get credit back so has stolen my money . Now glitches when I try to book new appointments and offers no solution, contact number or help. Terrible app
The app doesn’t seem to work. It’s showing me dozens of booking slots for tomorrow but nothing for any other other day- just doesn’t make sense. Frustrating because it doesn’t look like you can book online anymore
