One time I used the app it said13 min pickup. And had to cancel after a half hr

Booked a few hours in advance. When taxi was 10 minutes late I called the office and was told it would be there in 5 minutes (and sort of told it was a Saturday night so what did I expect?!) then after waiting another 15 minutes had to flag a taxi down on the street. 20 minutes late for dinner booking so not ideal. Just call them or flag down a taxi if you live near a busy road or use Uber. Taxi driver said he’d had loads of people complaining taxis hadn’t turned up on time/ at all recently.

Always booking in advance, taxi never showed up , waiting two hours and nothing , horrible customer service and company , avoid ! I can go quicker on the bus … fml

Cancelled booking ten minutes after confirmed pick up time.

I only discovered all the 5s by accident I usually use the black taxis but unreliable I’m happy I’ve discovered them Emmanuel very cheery nice guy

Twice in the last week we have tried to book taxis through the app Tonight I tried twice and was quoted £11.30 each time. Both then cancelled by company so booked Alba, great service and cost £8.00

I have used this company many times for several years now to get to and from the airport. Easy and efficient app and if there have been changes and cancellations the staff have been really helpful. Highly recommend.

Waiting times are not acceptable at all.
