Terrible app

They take your money, refuse to cancel or refund you and keep charging. Terrible content, hard to log in or cancel yourself. Not user friendly. Just a scam.

Don’t buy this!

There is no way to cancel your subscription. And it is very difficult to use. I’m not sure this is a legitimate app because they don’t show your billing details in the settings after you’ve subscribed to a subscription. I repeat there is no way to cancel your subscription. Don’t buy

Absolute rubbish

This app is absolutely rubbish. Hard to navigate and try cancelling your subscription, it’s almost impossible. Send an email to the help desk and you get an automated reply and no one contacts you. Total scam!

Money is being debited from my account without my approval.

Do not use this! No books you’ve heard of. No way to search for books. No way to cancel your account. Scam scam scam!!!!!!

Absolute scam!

This app is the worst! 1. It didn’t even have the book I needed. 2. It took funds out of my account without my authorization under the pretense that it was completely free. I want my money back this was such a waste!

Don’t bother with this app

Absolutely useless app. Claims you can keep books you have downloaded but crashes every single time and deletes everything you have downloaded. Have not retained one book in over 30 attempted downloads. Will chew through all your data and leave you with nothing.

Fraudulent app

Keeps telling me my card details are invalid - they are not. I have checked everything multiple times. Dodgy site set up for scanning cards.
