The problem with the app is the fact that makes me a wait to start my shift keeps telling me to “please wait” for minutes and then I have to close the app and load it back up again and it does the same thing sometimes it takes me wait for 15 minutes just to START MY SHIFT and I hate that. Please fix it. Over all 3 1/2 stars .

This app has a lot of issues and it’s a lot of buttons to click. There needs to be a faster way where employees can clock in out. The app also logs you out randomly or a please wait icon pops up and loads for a while. Also the location accuracy is not good.

This app doesn’t work properly, it’s slow and glitches. I’m having a terrible experience with it. Fix it!

This app never works like it’s supposed to. There are constant crashes, it’s difficult to navigate and is just downright garbage. I would never use this app if I didn’t have to. Unfortunately I have to use it because my employer uses it.

I’m a client and using this app has been wonderful and easy up until the last two updates… Once the “updates” were done I’ve have nothing but issues with logging in, my PCA has also been having the same issues. Hopefully it gets fixed soon….

This app keeps logging my out now I have to log in again typing the user name password company name and then select employee all over again no autofill!!! Very frustrating!!!!!

Having to log in repeatedly is becoming highly frustrating especially since there’s no autofill option. Otherwise the app is decent.

I give it 0 stars. Contacted developer with it not working. Say they reply within a minute. Laughable! Still not working today. No reply.
