Allegiant FAQ
Is Allegiant free?
Yes, Allegiant is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Allegiant legit?
⚠️ The Allegiant app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Often when I open the app it’s a totally white screen that won’t load anything. Initially I thought it was my connection/connection speed but then I tried to open it 3 different places in one day and realized it’s just the app. An airline app should not be this glitchy!
No gate listed
The app is made mostly good. One big thing missing is it doesn’t tell the gate. People are wandering around the airport because it wasn’t posted there either
App is so wonky (log in issues)
This app is so janky. The "my account" tab automatically redirects you out of the app to the internet browser. From there I sign in, but it doesn't redirect back to the app. When I manually return to the app, it doesn't register that I signed in on the internet and there's no way to refresh the app.
If I finally do get logged in, at some point it will randomly sign me out again and I will repeat the same annoying process.
It's 2024, can you guys get a functioning app that logs in like everyone else?
Worst customer service
No way to contact anyone on the app. Unable to checkin online via the app.
Garbage
This app, much like the website is absolute garbage. Not sure if Allegiant tries to fail but they sure make it difficult in their customers. 9/10 times the app will not allow you to log in. 1/10 times in asks you to reset password then logs out, or glitches and logs out. USELESS.
Boarding pass does not work!!!!
I have tried numerous times trying ing to pull up our boarding passes but it doesn’t work!
It keeps asking me to install the mobile app to get the passes but I’m logged in on the mobile app!!!
Very concerning and disappointing!!!!
Nonsense
In order to log in, you have to log in first on the app, and then you get redirected to log in on the website. But, since you can’t scroll to press submit, you can’t log in at all. Crazy!
Mobile app
I have tried to use the mobile app and it won’t load any info. I have always liked Allegiant and have not had any problems . If it’s not reliable then I choose to go elsewhere.
Horrible
This is the worst airline I’ve ever been on. No refund for canceled flight. No vouchures on my 5 hr delay. Had a 2 hour delay and one flight on time. This is the most uncomfortable flight you’ll ever experience! The worst airline guaranteed!
Can’t Cancel Trip | Can’t a Hold of Anyone
Flight was delayed more than 5 times and I can’t even get a hold of a representative after being on hold for over an 1hr!!! I need my money back! Worst first experience!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
