App interface not compatible with iPhone 10
The navigation menu does not show on the iPhone 10 screen so it renders the app rather useless if you can’t go to your orders, profile page, maintenance requests etc…

You can download your resident user guide, find information about local businesses (including your resident perks), book amenity spaces and explore upcoming events.
The App can act as your personal remote control as there are a wide range of services to choose from including apartment cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning, dog walking and pet sitting services and even personal training sessions.
Like shopping online? No problem, our state-of-the-art concierge lockers are connected to the app so you get notified when your latest on-line purchase is ready to collect.
Need to report any problems or have queries? These can also be handled through the App. For anything that cannot be resolved via the App, the onsite Resident Services Team are available in the Hub (opening April ‘19).
