My younger son Ben suffered his first allergic reaction to formula milk at just 5 months and was diagnosed ‘atopic’. He seemed to be allergic to everything and weaning was a slow and terrifying ordeal.
The hospital’s nutritional advice was helpful, but I really wanted a comprehensive list of simple recipes that would suit Ben’s particular needs. So I began experimenting with dairy and egg alternatives. Then, my lovely friend Chloe, as part of her Duke of Edinburgh Bronze award, enthusiastically helped me create a collection of our family's favourite recipes.
The result is this easy to use app, which has been developed with families in mind. So if you have to cater for anyone with an allergy to egg and/or dairy products and you don't want to mess around making several meals at the same time - treat yourself to the gift of confidence and buy this app!
We sincerely hope you enjoy the recipes as much as we have enjoyed discovering them.

Incredibly useful cookbook with a great app format

It includes recipes for all occasions from banana muffins to lasagna, with allergy alternatives! The format is also very easy to use allowing you to find the recipe you want in seconds. This is definitely my go to cookbook app!
