Looks cool
It looks like a great way to track symptoms. But it came up when I searched for food tracker, and there are no food tracking capabilities.

Been using for a few days, wish I’d thought to look for this sooner. Been experiencing sudden severe allergy symptoms and even though allergist didn’t suggest keeping track of my symptoms/intake, etc, I’m doing so using this app. It reminds you without being intrusive. Simple, easy to set up, plenty of space to state daily details in the notes section. Everything I need, nothing I don’t.
I like the simplicity of this app. It’s easy to use for the most part. I would like to see the charts be more consolidated and updated so less paper is used. Maybe some better graphs or pie charts. I recently was diagnosed with alpha gal and I have long covid so, I am trying to track what might be allergic reactions and what is long covid. It’s a tough job.
Not sure how I feel about the appp yet as they offered premium by reviewing upon first opening the app…..
I looked at 5 different allergy apps and this one was the easiest and best to use.
This is a must have app for anyone that suffers from allergies to mole spores, dust, pollen etc. Helps you identify days that may be harder to allergy free but keeps you informed.
This is the only app I could find to help track symptoms and triggers for someone after having gall bladder surgery and needing to monitor diet reactions. Setup symptoms as the major items that are the reactions from food items. Example is Vomiting, diarrhea, nausea etc…. In all have entered more than 15 items of symptom. Triggers have entered more than 35 different dietary food items. Am not using the treatments feature of the app. So far ai like this app. Why it’s not more than 3 stars? Two reasons. First the app can only have one event per day. It should have capacity to enter multiple events per day because the triggers might change through out the day. Second- report out- There is no ability to filter symptoms or triggers. Fix those two items and it’s a 5 star rating.
I appreciate the flexibility of setting on symptoms, treatments and allergins. It's the only useful app for asthma & allergy that I've found.
I truly don’t understand how can I write a review on something I have no access to. I have allergies to so many medications, I’m hoping this will help me track better my allergies before I get more ill.
This is just what I need to log my symptoms and what meds I take to manage them each day. Hopefully I’ll have more input for the Physicians Assistant next visit. Thanks very much!
