This is the worst pay app that I have ever used haft the time I can’t even log into my own account because it just feels like not working even with full WiFi or cell service

I’ve been using the app for about a year and until this year I’m having a problem getting paid in time I have to wait days or hours befor I get paid I’ll just be waiting till it post wherever. who ever the controls of the app feel like turning I the direct deposit on there time then going thru cash app is a whole mother story I feel like both apps should do way better

This app is normally a really good app, but lately I haven’t been able to log in. It gives the error code of forbidden. It’s really frustrating because the online site doesn’t give me that issue.

I got called about this app and a 1st Sergeant told me to download it but I seem super sketchy and he said he knew my location 💀 but he didn't know my rank or where I was stationed

This app is very frustrating and not helpful at all. Could receive better help from a ai chat line. Nothing about the app is good and nothing works

Dumb app. Poorly made. There is no other way I can receive my W-2 because my manager chose this dumb app. People get taken advantage of using this app

Trying to change phone number and profile pic, but the pic just turns into a blank circle (maybe because there are no “crop” and “scale” options), and when I try to hit [save changes] it pops up a little toast notification that says “no changes were found” or something to that effect.

Well it tells me that there is no internet connection when I do have one it works on my iPhone telling me the same thing but it won’t work on my iPad for someone trying to access there pay information they don’t make it easy for that

Constantly has issues every update. Can never log in. Never remembers my info. When I can log in, it takes forever to load /anything/. The app is trash. Use the website.
