Is Allianz MyHealth legit?
⚠️ The Allianz MyHealth app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Impossible to use for claims submission. Includes only a handful of seemingly random cities on a list for bank details and impossible to type in anything different. Completely hopeless! This is a major health company that charges me $10k+ per year?

Not working after update 5 days ago
White screen on loading after last update. Normally good. Tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache, hard reboot on ipad. Nothing working. Works on android phone and online on computer. This is an iPad Pro 10.5 updated to latest iPad update as well as app.
App crash
I cannot even open the app and the interface is just white.
App is not working
I would give it zero stars if that was possible!
The app shows only a black screen, even after updating.
Bugs Fixed
The app is usable again and bugs were fixed. Face ID works perfectly and app looks great on iPhone 12 Pro Max. I hope you will also add support for dark mode in the future updates.
Areas of improvement
I see improvement from last version, but this release lost basic functionalities (es. remember account/ password). Not possible to use Face ID/finger print and having wthite/light grey background plus writing in white doesn’t make the reading possible.
I think Allianze and your valuable customer you deserve something better.
Checking detailed status of submitted claim is still difficult.
Of course I’m available for better explain if required, I could have any wrong setting ?
Dark mode
Does not work on iphone dark mode. Can provide screenshot if needed.
Difficulty reading some of the text ...
Hi there — the latest update has a number of areas that use white text on light background, making it difficult, if not impossible, to read. Is there a fix from the user end?
Not useable
The new application is not at all useable. It refuses to accept more than one photo per claim saying that the second will exceed 15 megabytes beside it crashes and has a complicated UI comparing to the old version. I really don’t understand why to release a new update which is not properly tested where the old version of the application was working problem free for years.
