tolong banget dong hari ini saya topup saldo tapi ga masuk masuk ke bank saya, saya udah chat cs nya belum ada tanggepan sama sekali! padahal saya lagi urgent banget tolong bgt dong biasanya ga gini!
BANNER GANGGU
Saya tiap mau masuk ke paylater banner yang pop up ganggu dan sering error. Saya harus close aplikasi berulang kali baru bisa tembus, orang mau bayar paylaternya aja jadi ribet banget. Setelah paylater lunas saya ngga akan pake lagi sih ni. Atau setidaknya kasih lah nomor akun pembayaran langsung jadi saya ngga harus masuk aplikasi mau bayar paylayer saya.

Bisa bisanya transferan dari bank lain di pending Bank brengsek sengaja nahan duit nasabah ratusan juta Fak
Aplikasi nyusahin
Topup dari tanggal 26 desember sampe tanggal 30 desember dananya ga masuk2 , komplen lewat wa gada respon telpon cs disuruh kirim buktinya lewat email udah dikirim kaga ada respon. Nelponin cs nya lagi jawabannya bukan ngasih solusi malah bikin kesel doang. Kalo ngeluarin aplikasi tuh jangan setengah2 bikin ngerugiin orang.

Setiap mau transaksi nggak bisa. Selalu diminta upgrade ke Allo Prime. Setiap upload foto KTP dibilangnya “Anda sudah terdaftar” hadeuh. Telpon CS nggak ada solusi. Terus dana saya gimana nih ? Nggak bisa diapa2in. Ditransfer nggak bisa. QRIS dipake nggak bisa. Top Up E wallet juga nggak bisa.
