This app is kind of useless. If you can’t submit a payment over it what’s the point of having an app?

Updated and there is no reboot option in the app.

I have found that it’s easy to use the App. I can navigate through the App to do different task tasks with ease.

I still live in the desert! Way better than any other service available in my small town. Definitely not perfect but waaaay better than what I’ve had for the last 10 years. Worth going from $89 to $105 . I’m very happy!! In 5 years it will be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. Allo just got here …Thank you Allo. Btw customer support / tech support US based phenomenal!!!!

It’s easy to maneuver and not too many windows

Been a Spectrum customer for decades… finally was able to get Allo and what a huge difference.. not just in speeds (over 1000+Mbps) but the ease of the apps, customer service, bill paying… well, you get the idea… no hidden fees or costs when the bill came. Everything was exactly as it was promised. If you’re thinking about changing and are unsure, I get it.. but I’m not ever going back to living like that.. I’m saving so much more money and can much happier with the services provided. I’m so glad they made it out to where I live.. truly the land of the free.

App is still set to a different time zone than where I’m actually at and never fails to NOT work when needs to to be able to shut a device down or even know if it’s your device

Would be nice if the connected devices list was more consistent with the showing of devices going on and offline. One device I attempted to pause to identify it (when that device stopped functioning) but it dropped off the list never to return to reenable it. Had to rebuild the configuration from scratch. As the title says, the utility works great for basic admin of your home network, but could use some work for more advanced users.

Love the service, love the speed. This is the best.

This app used to work flawlessly to set time limits for my kids’ time spent on their devices. That feature no longer functions. The app will tell you the device is paused, but it is not the case. There’s an update well past last year ruined this function and all subsequent updates have done nothing to fix the issue.
