Absolute junk. If it works at all it just acts as a portal to the webpage and even then key stuff like mapping doesn’t work. You would think for the subscription we pay they could get this working. Just hope the rest of the biketrac service is significantly better. Minimoto app is 1000x better.
Installed the app, but it doesn’t recognise my credentials. Even if I select “Forgotten my password” it doesn’t recognise my email address. Customer Service suggested I re-install the app but this made no difference at all. But I can login via the web 😬
White screen after login
Total rubbish it signs you out all the time bike keeps moving when parked. The tracker doesn’t really track real time and this app is basic to say the least spend some money and take care of your customers
Never works properly, always logs me out and can’t find my bike’s location accurately
It still logs me out randomly which is very annoying. Other than that, it’s fine.
Takes ages to load and then tells me I have no assets on my accout. Soooo, pretty useless.
Bar the fact it logs you out constantly, it now throws up a message saying it is unable to login at this time! The app is dreadful and hate the fact that I have to use it because of the tracker.
When the app works it’s great. You can track old journeys, change alarm settings etc and manage everything in the app. Unfortunately I can’t login to the app, so everything is redundant.
App does what I need but looks and feels outdated needs a update
