Unprofessional developer
Developer responded “Thank you for your feedback. Giving a one-star review because you couldn't find a [+] button is unusual.” Let me clarify few things, it was 2 stars not 1. Seconds, reason why I couldn’t find + button is because interface is bad, it’s not easy flow. Developer tried to make it look good instead focusing on functionality. Look at Tagmo, not as good looking but everything is accessible and does everything this does, just better. Word for developer, commenting on customers reasoning for rating is unusual. You should that it as input that your design is not easiest one to use instead of subtly insulting one! One star developer!
