Great Concept!

I have recently started using the AllyCare app. The great thing about it is that the exercises are tailored to suit the individual's needs and abilities. The exercises are challenging but enjoyable, which encourages me to complete them. It's a great way of getting people back on their feet after they have had an injury or surgery.
