Can't see my past wash, bought through Ap, and can't use my purchases.

Love the car wash. Best there is. However, I’m paying way too much in the membership if my wife isn’t allowed to wash the car while she’s out running errands. It should allow for both of us to use the membership. I understand locking it so it’s not being shared with a bunch of people, but it should allow for 2.

Trying to add the voucher on my phone while at home. Looks like you have to be near a car wash in order to activate the pass

I lost two washes recently because of interface error. Punched in the code for washes (prepaid) and it skipped? A wash or gave the guy in front two washes… And charged me twice to get my car washed.

The system failed to wash my under carriage?

I thought I signed up for unlimited- but nowhere does it really tell me. It is really hard to understand what I am paying for here. Terrible app. I can’t see last 4 digits of card used on history too….

Not easy and fluid. Is there a proximity to redeem? Makes no sense

I have been going to this car wash since it opened. The Custer service used to be great. The app was easy to use. I owner would call me if there was an issue with one of the wash stalls. I was impressed! Recently, I purchased 10 washes and assumed it would add the washes to my app like it used to. It didn’t, and I have no way to redeem them. Next visit I went to use one of my washes and there was nothing on my account through the app… So I had to pay full price for a single wash even though I purchased a bundle with a small discount. There is no contact info on the website or app. I was about to dispute the purchase with my credit card company since I couldn’t actually use the washes that I purchased. I found the only option is to message them. They responded a couple days later and said there was a code on the receipt and it doesn’t link to your account anymore. I didn’t keep the receipt because I’m not always going to have the receipt on me every time I get a wash, it makes no sense. I don’t just carry receipts around with me. What happened to the account and app? I now have to save a code in my phone and that’s what I use to redeem the washes. No way to track how many I have left, no history, nothing. Hopefully Aloha figures this out because the app used to be simple and awesome.

Barcode scanner never works, why bother having this app?

Too bad buying prepaid car washes as the scanner Do not work! I ended buying a regular wash because of this issue. Disappointed of your machine.
