Login Expired
This app is one of the worst apps I have seen, login expired, no matter what, I’ve re-downloaded the app, I have reset the password and it does not matter what you do. It went from working ok (sometimes) to not working at all.

App fails now
Once apple released iOS 18, the app crashes every time it’s opened rendering it useless. I paid the extra money for that feature specifically and it does not work. The unit itself is decent but I could have gotten a lot cheaper unit without the monitoring interface. Disappointed.
Does not work with ios 18, beware
Upgraded to New phone, has ios 18 on it and version 2.0.0 just has an unhapy face with 3 options that do nothing. Works fine on ios 17
Unstable WiFi Connection
Bought this brand of dehumidifier because it had a WiFi interface (big selling feature). After a year, still waiting on a stable, robust App to work with the unit… The dehumidifier does a great job, but is located in a difficult to reach area under my house… The WiFi needs work reliably…
