WE ARE ALPAKAS - your number #1 choice for sustainable food delivery service. We prove every day that it can be very easy to do without plastic waste and disposable packaging. We deliver your weekly groceries directly to your home in an environmentally friendly way using e-bikes. We believe that food delivery services can be sustainable and above all fair!
In the Alpakas shop, you can find over 1,300 products ranging from a variety of categories such as: fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, bakery goods, cheeses and alternatives, dairy goods, ready-to-eat meals, meat and alternatives, fish, spreads, cereals, frozen goods, pasta, rice, snacks, nuts and seeds, baking ingredients, herbs and spices, oils and sauces, coffee, tea, cacao, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, fitness foods, health and beauty products, baby food, household goods, and pets goods.

2. Fill shopping cart with your favourite products
3. Receive delivery of your order & return reusable containers from your previous order
4. Enjoy zero waste products and save on average 1.4 kg of plastic waste per purchase
WHY ALPAKAS?
► Huge selection: We have over 1,300 sustainable products. You’ll find everything you need for your weekly shopping: dairy products, fruits, vegetables, nuts, pasta, household products and much more.
► Sustainability: With our practical reusable packaging*, you can finally beat plastic consumption. In addition, the majority of our assortment is certified organic. We use environmentally-friendly transportation methods, such as e-bikes to deliver your orders - simply enjoy with a clear conscience.
► Same-day Delivery: Order by 4:30 PM and enjoy same-day delivery. We will send delivery updates via text message and push notifications.
► Reusable Containers: A large range of our products, including dried goods, foods, and vegetables, are packaged in reusable containers such as jars or net bags. A small deposit is charged for each one as part of the reusable container journey; just return empty containers to the delivery person when you place your next order and we will credit your account directly. You can then transfer the balance to your bank account or use it in your next order.
► Fair conditions: At Alpakas, no one has to carry anything, because our riders zip through the neighborhood on e-bikes. Your order is stored safely and gently in our transportation boxes.
► Better route planning: We can deliver many orders at once, minimizing travel distances, thanks to our thorough e-bike route planning. This allows us to offer free delivery for orders over 29€.
*Currently, we deliver in Berlin. However, we have already packed our e-bikes and are looking at new cities in Germany. Soon we will also come to your city. Just give us some time and sign up for our newsletter. We will notify you as soon as we are ready to shake up the delivery service market in your city.
*Reusable containers are available for a select list of products.
