Looking for a way to relax? Our application Alpha Waves series brings you set of amazing sounds, compatible with human brain alpha waves. They predominantly originate from the occipital lobe during wakeful relaxation with closed eyes. Alpha is the resting state for the brain.
Alpha Waves is an app that allows you to recreate sounds, helping you relax in a more profound way. They are excellent sounds to use during a meditation session, or when you simply need to chill your mind out. We strongly suggest the use of headphones or quality speakers while using it. In a Alpha state, your brain waves move at a frequency between 8-14 cycles per second. The frequency of Alpha is a mental state of deep relaxation and meditation. Alpha is the bridge between Beta and Theta. Alpha Waves governs daydreams, fantasy, and denotes a state of consciousness detached and relaxed. People who have problems with this frequency will have difficulty in remembering. For example, are you aware of a particular dream or meditation that was very deep, but do not come to mind the details, it means you have not generated sufficient frequency in Alpha. You had no bridge between the subconscious and the conscious mind.
You may be wondering why alpha waves are so important. When your brain is producing these waves, it’s responding to activities like meditation and rest that can reduce your stress levels and help you feel calmer. If you’re able to produce alpha brain waves, you’re probably able to tap into a state that can help you get some rest and relaxation.
