แอปน่าจะมีปัญหา ต้องให้สแกนหน้ายืนยันตัวตนข้อมูลชีวมิติ ที่ไม่ใช่การสแกนหน้าเข้าแอป ทำให้เสียเวลาในการโอนเงิน

โอนเงินเข้าบัญชี แต่ยอดเงินไม่เข้า
ตกใจมาก เนื่องจากมีคนโอนเข้าบัญชี แต่ยอดเงินไม่เข้า รอประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง ยอดก็ยังไม่เข้า จึงตัดสินใจโทรหา Call center พนักงานแจ้งว่าในระบบของธนาคารมียอดเงินเข้ามาแล้ว แต่ตัวแอปพลิเคชันไม่อัปเดท ขอข้อมูลไปเพื่อตรวจสอบต่อ ตอนนี้ยังใช้เงินไม่ได้ รอดูว่าธนาคารจะแก้ปัญหาอย่างไร

บัญชีดิจิทัลควรมีให้ยืนยันตัวตน NDID ผ่านธนาคารอื่น ๆ ได้แล้วนะ สาขาตัวเองก็ใช่ว่าจะเยอะ แล้วให้ออกไปยืนยัน 7-11 แบบนี้มันอำนวยความสะดวกตรงไหน งง
