Love it but Some issues need to be fixed
Really like this cross words game, while some tiny problems need to be solved. 1. It cannot synchronize through different device if you log in different iCloud accounts and SUBSCRIPTIONS account. For instance, my iCloud account is in Mainland China, but my subscription is in US. Once I click sync, it just freezes and never comes back. I have to delete and re-download it so that it can open again. 2. I cannot find it in the Mainland China AppStore, so I cannot plan on my iPad and other devices. I don’t understand. Other than these, a great game.👏👏

Constant crashing directly after purchasing upgraded package
I’ve really liked this game for a couple of years, and I didn’t mind downloading the newer version with ads. I DO mind downloading the version with ads, paying $24 to support this game with no ads and unlimited access, and it’s crashing in all game areas (daily puzzles, etc). Fix asap or refund. Not cool.
Love the game Hate the bugs
Enjoy the game enough that I’ve tried many times to purchase the unlimited pack—it’s advertised on my iPad but nothing happens when I click the option. The app lets me buy individual packs for .99, but not the full plan. So I thought I’d download it onto my phone to see if it’d work there. It wouldn’t sync, so I deleted it and reloaded it, but now it’s really problematic and won’t even load enough to open.
Too many ads
Really wanted to like this game, but after EVERY puzzle it makes you stop for an ad. Gotta delete it unfortunately. Would be great if there weren’t so many ads.
Can’t upgrade
I’ve been using this app for a couple of days and there are so many ads, it’s driving me nuts. I want to purchase the ad free version, but the app won’t work and I am not able to make a purchase. Very frustrating. You would think a company would want to give customers an opportunity to spend money, but I guess not. It’s so annoying to watch all the ads, I will probably stop using this game.
Tutorial
I just found you, and while I have a feeling it’s a great app, there’s little to no tutorial. Or, perhaps, I missed it! Help? Tried to address this through support, but that was just another ad for the game.
Reverse/Help Button Disappeared
After the recent update from the iOS update issue, the reverse/help button have disappeared. 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Crashes
Really enjoyed playing but haven't been able to play since the most recent iOS update as it keeps crashing. Tried contacting developer but never received a response. Very frustrating
